As we go out into different neighborhoods of the Twin Cities it seems that God’s presence and anointing is increasing and getting stronger. We are drawing nearer and nearer to the end and all the accumulated prayers of the body of Christ through the generations are being answered.
We knew we had a Divine appointment today and the Lord brought us to him first. He was a believer but the Lord had a loving rebuke for Him. He received the word whole heartedly as the eyes of his girlfriend and him were glued to us. As he got up to leave he leaned over to me and said, “I receive everything said, I asked the Lord this morning to give me a message today.”
There were so many appointments set up by God. There was a bunch of hungry people out on the streets that received prophetic words and ministry.
The last couple weeks I’ve posted some pictures from ministry in the community, but this week I’m posting something a little different for an unusual reason. We were in Minneapolis and a few young chickens came up to us from the back yard of a home. One of them came up to me and wanted to follow me! At first I just thought that it was odd, but now I think there is message in this... “God is bringing chickens to the street.” Of course I don’t mean the feathered, finger lick’n good kind, and I don’t mean only to the streets. God is bringing the body of Christ to face fears with the the faith He has put within them. This is no time to let fear dominate your life in any area. If your child was in danger, you wouldn’t let fear stop you from doing what could to help them; you would overcome! The LORD has many “kids” out in this world that are in danger and we should be wiling to do whatever it takes to help them.
In Act 4:18 when the Apostles were commanded not to speak about Jesus any longer or face the consequences, they didn’t back down, but rose up in faith. They asked God to stretch out His hand to do more signs and wonders and in the midst of opposition the Bible says, “they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness” (Acts 4:31). Now, that's what I’m talking about... we don’t succumb to fear but face it head on in faith. You can do the same in the grace God has given you.
