I like how David praises God’s faithfulness in Psalms 6:8 & 9 by saying, “Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; For the LORD has heard the voice of my weeping. The LORD has heard my supplication; The LORD will receive my prayer.” He had been weeping, but there was faith in David to know God heard it!
Psalms 10:4 says, “The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God; God is in none of his thoughts.” It is the prideful that don’t seek God; the humble seek Him. Psalms 19:12-14 says, “Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. 13) Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, And I shall be innocent of great transgression. 14) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer.”
