Psalm 1
The word of God isn’t a benefit to the believer; it is vital! We need to reject ungodly ways or thoughts that scorn a life of faith. It is vital that we continue to think in line with God’s word (day and night). As we think in line with God’s word, it becomes the root system of faith that connects us to every blessing from God (now and eternal). Psalm 2 The real fight of the “kings of the earth” in the last days is to keep the LORD and His Anointed One Jesus from ruling the earth. Psalm 22 Here is just a couple of the many prophecies fulfilled by Jesus our Lord in Psalms 22 Verse 16: They pierced My hands and My feet Verse 18: They divide My garments among them, And for My clothing they cast lots Psalms 22 – 24 Psalm 22 tells of the death of Jesus at His first coming, Psalm 23 tells about the present ministry of the Lord Jesus, and Psalm 24 tells of the return of Jesus, the King of glory. Psalm 47 Psalms 47:1 says, “Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph!” This is how the people recognized someone as their king. Look at 2 Kings 11:12, “…they made him king and anointed him, and they clapped their hands …” And 1 Samuel 10:24 “...So all the people shouted and said, "Long live the king!" Our praise should recognize that the LORD is King and Jesus has been given a Name above any other!
